On July 29, 2025 the “Popular Participation in Legislation in Armenia” project was launched in Gyumri for CSOs from the Shirak region. During the workshop, Alexander Iskandaryan (Caucasus Institute) and Marat Atovmyan (Armenian Lawyers’ Association) encouraged participants to rethink advocacy strategies, strengthen cooperation, and enhance their role in legislative processes. Participants developed new initiatives to be presented at the closing conference in Yerevan. The program is implemented by the Caucasus Institute with support from All Rights Foundation, in partnership with the Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.
