TOWARDS THE 2026 PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS: PEACE AND SECURITY AS FACTORS IN THE PRE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN
On September 29, 2025, the Shirak Political Club held a discussion at the “All Rights” Foundation, where speakers Alexander Iskandaryan and Gor Petrosyan analyzed the potential consequences of the Washington agreements and their impact on regional security. The discussion also covered pre-election campaign rhetoric, relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan, and the issue of Russia’s presence in Armenia. The event was organized by the Caucasus Institute in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Foundation, with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office. Founded by the Caucasus Institute in 2024, the Shirak Political Club operates under the auspices of the “All Rights for Equal Rights” Foundation.
